The folded boxes are received from the inlet conveyor over a perfectly synchronised and adjustable top belt. This high-precision product transport is the basis for smooth labelling and final verification. Products with incorrect labelling will be sorted into a separate, lockable container in front of the weighing conveyor. Products of the wrong weight are separated directly after the weighing conveyor. Thanks to ConfigureFast, identical print data will be sent directly to the printer and to the camera software; all system components are easily and quickly controlled from one user interface and there is no need to switch programs.
