We offer customised calibration agreements. A calibration agreement will be highly individual but will typically involve an annual on-site check of all your units or just the ones you consider critical. In consultation with you, our professional staff will identify the type of calibration and the frequency that exactly fits your requirements and needs.
With our calibration agreements, you also get full traceability and documentation into the bargain, documenting that an independent third party has checked your equipment and approved it for the tasks at hand. All calibrations will be completed with the issue of a certificate that is your documentation and proof that the device meets any relevant regulatory requirements. These certificates will, upon completion of the visit, be transferred to your own login, where you will find the necessary documentation from Multicheck which means that, in an audit situation, you will have all the information gathered in one place.
All your devices will be set up in our database, from where we will closely monitor intervals, re-verifications, number of active units, etc. This means that you save time and hassle in terms of monitoring your devices and we will contact you as the time for a calibration check approaches.
