TQS-SP-Bottle prints and verifies bottles and vials. Printing is carried out using a CIJ printer either underneath or at the top of the bottle or vial (visible only under UV light, if required). The machine will then check the previously serialised bottle or capped-vial label.
The auxiliary code is intended for high-level aggregation in bundles or cartons. The integrated 360º camera unit will handle complete inspection of cylindrical products, such as the optical control of labelling, layout and plain text on capped vials or bottles. Several ultra-fast cameras are used for omnidirectional detection of the products. Bottles with defective labels or incorrect auxiliary code are separated from the product flow and stored in lockable containers. The ConfigureFast feature makes it possible to quickly and easily configure all subcomponents, such as the printer and the camera, from one user-friendly interface.
