Operators manually place the packaged units layer by layer in the shipping box. When each layer has been completed, the fully integrated camera mounted above takes a photo of the entire layer. The camera will automatically move to the pre-set pack height to always ensure the correct distance for focus. When the defined number of layers and units is reached, the aggregation level will be completed and a label will be automatically generated.
The TQS-CP also handles the next stage of packing (e.g. pallet shipping boxes). Packing on pallets can be controlled in parallel with the optional TQS-MP-EXT.
The operator is supported by the integrated display on the handheld scanner.
