The inspection is carried out via a 360º camera module, equipped with central adjustment which promotes the tool-free adjustment of all cameras to the respective diameter of the bottle.
Bottled products are transported into the machine via an inlet spindle. Labels of the previously serialised products are identified in a 360º process.
An illegible or incorrect serial number will be automatically separated.
When a carton is full, the operator can apply the auto-printed label to the shipping box and verify it with the handheld scanner.
