In the push-over variant, the EMFR weighing cells from WIPOTEC are mechanically separated from the product transport. The products are pushed onto the weighing platform by a “finger” (controlled and driven from above). The product transport is centrally controlled by only one servo drive for the entire checkweigher (all tracks).
Using this push-over method means that the least possible track separation and the maximum accuracy are obtained. The multi-track units are especially designed, developed and manufactured to specific requirements, depending on the filling unit in operation and the product types.
